[Perspectives] is a powerful tool that has already had an impact on our incoming students. It challenges us to approach dialogue with empathy and understanding, to ask ourselves, “What are the values underlying this view that I disagree with?” “How can I approach disagreements with curiosity rather than defensiveness?” — to let go of winning and to find what is shared.
